Oh my OMG!

Attention all NewJeans fans: K-pop group NewJeans is set to perform in Singapore this February. According to an announcement on the Nike App, they are “not being Super Shy about it!”

This 4th Gen girl group will be having their first-ever live show in Singapore at Nike’s new flagship store on 3 February, and you can get tickets for free.

Reader: Huh? Don’t need to pay?

Yes. Completely free. Finally, a performance I can afford.

Reader: Ditto.

How to get Tickets

NewJeans fans can get tickets simply by answering this question on 30 January: “Tell us why you are the biggest NewJeans fan.”

Be sure you turn on your notifications on the Nike App ASAP so you don’t miss a chance to watch them perform!

Ticket winners also get “first dibs” on the Air Max 90 LV8 during an “exclusive” member shopping experience at Nike Orchard Road.

For those who didn’t win, you can still shop in-store during Member Days between 30 January and 4 February for the limited-edition Nike By You x NewJeans collection, available exclusively at Nike Orchard Road.

Their upcoming live performance at Nike Orchard is not the first time NewJeans has collaborated with the sportswear brand.

NewJeans was also selected as campaign models for Nike’s “Air Max Day” in March 2023.

The global sportswear brand’s flagship outlet opened earlier this year on 19 January at Orchard Road. Located at 268 Orchard Road, they operate daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

This South Korean girl group, formed by ADOR, is composed of five girls: Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin and Hyein.

The members were born between 2004 and 2008, but don’t let their young age fool you as this group has been clinching awards and brand deals left, right, and centre.

NewJeans debuted on 22 July 2022 with their single “Attention”, which won Best K-Pop song at the 2023 Korean Music Awards.

The group also won New Artist of the Year – Digital at the 2023 Circle Chart Music Awards.

More impressively, the group broke the Guinness World Record for “Fastest K-pop act to reach 1 billion streams on Spotify”.

The supergroup clinched the title from BTS‘ Jungkook and achieved it in almost half the time, taking 219 days as compared to Jungkook’s 409 days.

The members were only between 14 and 18 years old when they debuted and have already achieved so much. I don’t know about you but at 14 I was just playing Among Us and making dalgona coffee.
