3) Typo

The perfect place if you’re doing gift shopping for your colleagues, especially if they are running low on office supplies.

Check out their site as they have a slew of stationary items such as pencils, rulers and notebooks.

4) *SCAPE

A watering-hole for hipsters and scene kids, *SCAPE transforms itself into a flea market during the weekend.
There will be a plethora of blog shops selling apparels at a very cheap price

You can also find quirky trinkets that you won’t find in a chain store aka hipster fashion.

5) Lucky Plaza

Shopping on a budget while you’re at Orchard Road is possible if you take the time to look around.

Lucky Plaza plays host to a slew of shops selling obscure Filipino goods, sports products, electronics and duty-free perfumes.

There are even bars and nightspots on the upper levels so take note of that if you’re planning to have a quick drink or would like to unwind after a whole day of shopping.

6) Bugis Street

Remember back in the day when Bugis Street was a hotspot for teenagers? Well, it still is. This 3-storey bazaar will have you scratching your head with its endless options ranging from bags, dresses, shoes and even sex toys.

Just don’t be overwhelmed by the narrow walkways and bustling crowd.

7) Shopee

Looking to get it all done without leaving your house? Your best bet is Shopee, and yes they are our clients, but they have everything under the sun.

All you have to do is download their app and you can do your shopping on your phone! Just remember to shop early as it’ll take a few days for the items to reach you.

8) Watsons

Every time I step into Watsons, there is always some sort of sale that is going on for months on end.

If you’re lucky enough, you can get your hands on discounted make-up, chocolates and vitamins (for those health-nut friends).

9) Mustafa

For those professional procrastinators that like to get things done at the eleventh hour, head down to Little India.
